Grit Creative was founded in 2025 by Grayson Kisker and is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
We are a talented team of video content creators. From political campaigns across America, to promotional videos, to weddings, we never back down from a challenge or an opportunity to create video magic.

From the streets of Pittsburgh, to Presidential event venues across the country, to the halls of Congress, I have developed a diverse set of skills that help me quickly execute fresh, unique ideas and create compelling content.
With my experience in event production, photography and videography, I have supported digital strategies that win campaigns, define Democratic messaging, and highlight once-in-a-lifetime events.

Senior Video Producer
A creative storyteller with a passion for film and a drive for making meaningful connections.
With experience in videography, editing, and social media coordination, Pearl creates digital content that conveys emotion. Her skillset is diverse and has been honed in through her journey as a filmmaker, from weddings, to short films, to promotional videos, to political campaigns — she never shies away from any opportunity to create.
Pearl is driven by the human experience and strives to make a positive impact and create things with meaning. Grit Creative has given her the opportunity to create more than ever before.
max furman
Senior Video Editor
A lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, Max graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2025 with a degree in Film and Media Studies. He was a student of Pitt’s Fall ’24 London Film Program.
Max has a wide range of experience in post-production, applying his skills at major corporations and non-profits, commercially and artistically. He has maintained a keen interest in politics throughout his life and is excited to apply this interest professionally.
